Mainly leased to a long-term anchor tenant, it has a net lettable area of 15,888sqm and 596sqm of ground floor retail space. The building was acquired by IP Generation and joint venture partner Wingate in December 2018, with the aim to reinvigorate and reposition it as the benchmark in Adelaide office accommodation. In 2020, the building’s waste management initiatives earned a 4.5 NABERS Base Building Waste Rating for Offices—a first for the state, and the second highest rating ever, nationally.
