Situated just off the Princess Highway, Corio Village sits at the heart of a dynamic suburb at the northern approach to Geelong—one of Australia’s fastest growing regional centres, and recent beneficiary of a 10-year, $1.1 billion economic boost from the Federal and Victorian Governments. Spread over two levels, the centre offers a GLA of 31,500sqm: 87% of it taken up by major, chain and national retailers, of which anchor tenants Woolworths, Coles and Kmart account for 44%.
